Event FAQ

1. How do I know if a certain date is available? We have open availability. Days never fill up, you can play any day of the week.

2. What are custom questions? Custom questions are multiple choice questions that you make up and provide to us. We then insert your custom questions into the game for the teams to answer and get points for! The questions are $4.95 (US) and $6.50 (CAN) per question. Custom questions are optional.

3. What are prop kits? Prop kits are optional. They are fun photo props that we can ship to you to make your game even more fun! Learn more here.

4. What if I do not know the final headcount yet? No worries, we only need a 3 days notice when booking your event. Wait until you know the minimum amount of people that will come and then book your game at least 3 days ahead of time. We can always add on more people later.

5. Who decides who is on what team? You decide who will be on what team.

6. Can only the team captains download the app or everyone? Anyone with an iPhone or Android phone can download the app and contribute to the team, not just the team captains!

7. What if I do not know what day we can play yet? We only require a 3 day notice for Package #2 or higher, so you can wait to book until you know what day you're going to play.

8. How far in advance do you need the custom questions? We need the custom questions at least 2 days ahead of time, so your event coordinator has time to build them into the game on the app.

9. Can the teams see how the other teams are doing?/How do we know who won? There is a live leaderboard right on the app where the teams can see the scores of other teams and know their ranking. The leaderboard will show first, second, third, fourth place, etc. 

10. Do you need each participant's information? No, we will only need one phone number per team. We will not contact them prior to the event.

11. When do we pay? You pay for the entire group when you book your day.

12. Do the teams find the items in the same order? A list of items to find will be given to each team. The list of items will appear in the same order for each team, however, the teams can complete the list in any order they'd like, so they will not all be doing the items in the same order.

13. How many people can be on one team? You can have up to 10 people per team
